The School of Psychology at Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU) was established in 2022 as a research-oriented academic unit. The School currently hosts the National First-Class Undergraduate Program in Applied Psychology, a doctoral program in Psychology, China’s first interdisciplinary doctoral program in Teacher Education Neuroscience, and a postdoctoral research station in Psychology. It has established a comprehensive talent training system covering undergraduate, master's, and doctoral education. The School has more than 300 undergraduate students and over 500 master's and doctoral students. It currently employs more than 50 faculty members, including 12 professors and 11 associate professors, with 95% of full-time faculty holding doctoral degrees. In recent years, the School has actively promoted the development of a first-class discipline in psychology. The Applied Psychology program was recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program in 2019. According to the latest Evaluation Report of Chinese Universities and Disciplines, the Applied Psychology program at ZJNU ranked 7th nationwide (2022–2023).
This program adopts a dual-track curriculum structure combining “Academic Excellence” and “Cultural Immersion.”The Academic Excellence module introduces cutting-edge theories in fields such as social psychology and cultural psychology, as well as empirical research methods including cognitive neuroscience. The Cultural Immersion module integrates psychological discourse with the context of Chinese culture, forming a culturally grounded learning experience. The program is delivered by a cross-cultural teaching team of 15 members, led by professors and associate professors from the School of Psychology, who have extensive experience in English-medium instruction and international academic mentoring. The camp consists of three main modules: Chinese cultural experience, Core psychology courses and Field visits to nearby cities. The program emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, combining academic depth with engaging learning experiences.

IV. Eligibility
Applicants should:
1. Be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport;
2. Be physically and mentally healthy;
3. Be 18 years old or above;
4. Be currently studying or planning to study psychology or related fields;
5. Have good English or Chinese proficiency. Applicants with IELTS ≥ 6.0/TOEFL ≥ 100/HSK Level 5 ≥ 180 will be given priority;
6. Number of participants: 20.
