Process for Graduates to Settle in Yiwu

Eligibility Scope

Applicants must be international students who graduated within the past 5 years and are starting innovative businesses in Yiwu, and must meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. Outstanding graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above from China’s "Double First-Class" universities;

2. Outstanding graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above from member institutions of the Zhejiang Provincial Alliance for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Foreign Students in China;

3. Outstanding graduates with a master’s degree or above from universities in Zhejiang Province.

Administrative Procedures (The following process applies to the Private Affairs Residence Permit)

Enterprise Industrial and Commercial Registration & Tax Registration

With the International Youth Innovation Base Admission Service Agreement (and one copy), and the original passport (and one copy), go to the 1st Floor of the Yiwu International Trade Service Center to complete the registration.

1. First, log in to the Zhejiang Government Service Network to fill in information such as the enterprise name and business scope, and wait for the online review to be approved;

2. After the review is approved on the Zhejiang Government Service Network, complete the registration at the service window.

Application for Private Affairs Residence Permit

Required Documents:

1. Original valid passport and visa (including the passport’s bio-data page, visa page, and the most recent entry stamp);

2. The business license of the newly established enterprise and the lease contract for the company’s office premises;

3. Graduation certificate from the university attended and Outstanding Graduate Certificate;

4. The Alien Visa Application Approval Form and two recent 2-inch front-facing, bare-headed color photos with a white background;

5. The original and one copy of the Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Foreign Nationals in Yiwu;

6. A health certificate issued by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authority;

7. Pre-filled application form;

8. Admission Approval Letter.
