Venue Layout and Functional Zoning
A dedicated 3,000-square-meter space has been allocated for the construction of the Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Base. Four major functional zones—an incubation center, an exhibition center, a social space, and a service center—have been established on the 16th floor of Chouyin Building. International students are eligible for free occupancy during their first year after graduation. (Rent is free; the property management fee is 1,000 RMB for the first year.)
Implementation Status
The Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Base has reserved 135 workstations (35 + 100). The first batch consists of 11 highly educated international students recommended by renowned universities both within and outside the province, all of whom have undergone rigorous review and internal admission procedures.
These international students come from various countries in Asia and Africa, covering major nations in the Middle East, North Africa, East Africa, and West Africa. Their educational backgrounds range from junior college to doctoral level, forming a multi-level and multi-disciplinary gathering effect of young talents.
