Recruitment Plan of Postdoctoral Research Station in Education of Zhejiang Normal University
The discipline of Education in Zhejiang Normal University is a first-class discipline (Class A) in Zhejiang Province, ranking among the top 10% (9/146) of the country in the 2022 Ranking, and the fourth and fifth rounds of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education are both B+. Relying on the doctoral Program of the first level discipline of education, the postdoctoral research mobile station of the first level discipline of education is an important academic exchange platform and talent training base for the College of Teacher Education. The mobile station has a research and practice team which is vigorous, rich in learning, reasonable in structure and outstanding in achievement, and has certain influence in the academic circle.
The station has superior scientific research conditions, and has a national experimental teaching demonstration center (Teacher Education Training Center), Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory (Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Education Technology and Application), Zhejiang Provincial Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences (Education), Zhejiang Provincial Basic Education Research Center, Zhejiang Province 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center (Cultivation of Excellent Teachers), Zhejiang Province New University Think Tank (Institute of Education Reform and Development) and other innovation platforms. We have research platforms such as the Research Institute of International and Comparative Education, the Research Institute of Intelligent Education, the Tian Jiabing Moral Education Research Center and the Science Education Research Center. We have established extensive contact and long-term stable cooperation with overseas high-level universities such as the University of Kansas in the United States, the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, and the University of Geneva in Switzerland, providing a solid foundation and rich resources for the development of postdoctoral research and academic exchanges.
Basic requirements for entering the station:
1. Have a doctor’s degree, excellent in character and academic performance, be in good health, and generally 35 years old or below.
2. Have a good academic level and professional ability, and meet one of the following requirements.
①Excellent performance in doctoral dissertation and defense. ②Awarded the title of excellent doctor at university level or above.
③Published one academic paper (including acceptance) in first-level or SSCI, A&HCI journals as the first or corresponding author before entering the station.
④Recommended by two well-known domestic and foreign peer experts.
⑤Due to the needs of research projects or discipline construction, those who are unanimously considered to have development potential may be exempted from the above requirements after the consent of the postdoctoral supervisor of the mobile station and the evaluation of the mobile station .
3. In-service personnel (including targeted commissioners, active-duty soldiers), over-age personnel (over 35 years old) and personnel of the same first-level of discipline in our university apply for admission to the station, which can only be recruited by the resolution of the mobile station symposium.
4. Study at the station for two years, counting from the date of entering the station.
Related treatment
1. Our university provides an annual salary of 250,000 yuan (including social insurance, provident fund and other related expenses, except for commissioned training), which requires the completion of the tasks assigned by the university, and the excellent ones can also apply for the annual dean's fund of 50,000 RMB, which requires the completion of the discipline construction and college-related work arranged by the dean.
2. After entering the station, you can get 50,000 yuan of scientific research start-up funds from our university.
3. During the postdoctoral period, our university will provide housing subsidies, 1200 yuan /month in the main campus and 1800yuan /month in the Hangzhou campus.
4. During the period of working at the station, it is generally necessary to publish the research achievements together with the co-supervisor. Among them, the papers or award-winning achievements published with Zhejiang Normal University as the first author and the first signing unit will be uniformly included in the scope of scientific research awards of the university like on-the-job employees. If the post-doctoral students publish papers jointly with their co-supervisors with Zhejiang Normal University as the first unit and the first author (or the first corresponding author), the awards will be distributed according to the proportion of the Scoring Method of Scientific Research Performance of Zhejiang Normal University.
5. The mid-term and outbound assessment will be conducted according to the Assessment Measures for Postdoctoral Researchers of Zhejiang Normal University and related policies, and those who have published 2 first-level papers (or achieved 200 points in scientific research performance) will be qualified.
And those with excellent assessment can get the performance appraisal award of 20,000 yuan from our university.
6. According to our university's policy, the postdoctoral personnel with excellent outbound assessment and in line with the recruitment plan of education discipline can be hired through the recruitment procedure of the college and enjoy the treatment of relevant policies of talent introduction in the year, and their scientific research achievements during the postdoctoral period can be included in the assessment scope of the employment targets and tasks such as Class A doctors, young professors (associate professors) and high-level young talent training projects.
7. The specific treatment shall be subject to the relevant policies issued by the university at the time of entry.
